Community Risk Specialist <br />7. Community Risk Officer <br />F. Employees, regardless of hire date, in the classification of Deputy Fire <br />Marshall who have successfully completed any of the following California <br />State Fire Training Certifications (i.e., completion of the coursework <br />required for the certification, and completion of as much of the <br />certification task book as possible at the employee's current rank, subject <br />to the approval of the Redwood City Fire Department Training Officer) <br />shall, upon approval of the Training Officer, receive one hundred seventy <br />dollars ($170) of Education Incentive Pay per month per certification, not <br />to exceed a total of three hundred forty dollars ($340) per month for all <br />certifications: <br />1. <br />Fire Inspector I <br />2. <br />Fire Inspector II <br />3. <br />Plan Examiner <br />4. <br />Fire Marshall <br />5. <br />Fire Investigator <br />6. <br />Community Risk Educator <br />7. <br />Community Risk Specialist <br />8. <br />Community Risk Officer <br />Upon negotiation of a successor MOU in 2021, the parties agree to incorporate this side letter <br />into the successor MOU, unless otherwise agreed to or amended by the parties, at which <br />point this side letter shall be eliminated. <br />City of Redwood City: IAFF: <br />Dated: _ �tT'1 j aced: <br />8728379.2 RE) 80-020 <br />Page 4 of 4 <br />207 <br />
