The
construction plan shall identify a procedure for
coordination with adjacent residential land uses so that
construction activities can be scheduled to minimize noise
disturbance.
• Designate a "disturbance coordinator" who would be
responsible for responding to any complaints about
construction noise. The disturbance coordinator would
determine the cause of the noise complaint (e.g., bad
muffler, etc.) and would require that reasonable measures
be implemented to correct the problem.
