The 2013 Addendum found that the Zoning Ordinance would have no new <br />or more severe impacts beyond those identified in the certified Final EIR. The proposed project <br />would not result in conditions identified in CEQA Guidelines Section 15162, and supplemental <br />environmental review or a Subsequent EIR is not required for the proposed project. Development <br />associated with the proposed project would be subject to all previously required mitigation <br />measures from the certified Final EIR, as applicable. The MMRP adopted for the General Plan on <br />October 13, 2010, would continue to be applicable to the proposed project. <br />619 <br />
