VIS-I a; As a condition of project approval, a lighting plan shall be prepared for the residential components (Indian Creek townhomes and Mea H townhomes) of the proposed project. The lighting plan shall be consistent with applicable City policies, designed to control light energy and ensure that exterior lighting is directed downward and away from adjacent streets and buildings in a manner designed to minimize off-site light spillage and reduce impacts to the wetland area and adjacent residential uses. The lighting plan shall be coordinated with the landscape plan so that landscaping will not interfere with streetlights. The project applicant shall submit the lighting plan to the Community Development Department for final approval. -- VIS-I b; A separate lighting plan shall be prepared for the school component of the proposed project, including playfields. (No night lighting of the school yard or playfields is currently proposed.)
