Land Use <br />There are <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />Tnbl <br /> <br />signific9!.l! <br /> <br />VIS-I a; As a condition of project approval, a lighting plan shall be <br />prepared for the residential components (Indian Creek townhomes <br />and Mea H townhomes) of the proposed project. The lighting plan <br />shall be consistent with applicable City policies, designed to control <br />light energy and ensure that exterior lighting is directed downward <br />and away from adjacent streets and buildings in a manner designed <br />to minimize off-site light spillage and reduce impacts to the wetland <br />area and adjacent residential uses. The lighting plan shall be <br />coordinated with the landscape plan so that landscaping will not <br />interfere with streetlights. The project applicant shall submit the <br />lighting plan to the Community Development Department for final <br />approval. <br /> <br />-- <br />VIS-I b; A separate lighting plan shall be prepared for the school <br />component of the proposed project, including playfields. (No night <br />lighting of the school yard or playfields is currently proposed.) The <br />lighting plan shall be consistent with applicable City policies, <br />designed to control light encrgy and ensure that exterior lighting is <br />directed downward and away from adjacent streets and buildings in <br />a manner designed to minimize off-site light spillage and reduce <br />impacts to the wetland area. No <br />night lighting of the neighborhood park, including tennis courts, is <br />currently proposed.
