The Engineering <br />and Construction Deparbnent shall <br />review and approve grading plans, <br />public improvement plans, and site <br />utility and improvement plans, and <br />the Building Division shall review <br />and approve building plans, <br />ensuring that the recommendations <br />of the geotechnical investigation <br />report are implemented in the <br />plans. <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />----. <br />The project sponsor shall have <br />geotechnical investigation <br />conducted and submit a report to <br />the City of Redwood City. The <br />grading plans and building plans <br />submitted by the project sponsor <br />for pcnnit approval to the City <br />shalI implement all of the <br />recommendations of the study. <br /> <br />F. Gcology, <br /> <br />GEQ-fl: Prior to the issuance of any site-specific gradmg or <br />building permits, a desib'11-level geotechnical investigation shal <br />prepared by the project appl icant and submitted to the City of <br />Redwood City Building Division for review and confirmation that <br />the proposed development fully complies with the California <br />Building Code. The report shall determine the proposed project's <br />surface geotechnical conditions and address potentia] seismic <br />hazards such as liquefaction and subsidence. The report shall <br />identify building techniques appropriate to minimize seismic <br />damage.
