In addition, in accordance with State <br />Water Resources Control Board Resolution No. 2001-046, <br />monitoring shall be required during the construction period for <br />pollutants that may be present in the runoff that are "not visually <br />detectable in runolf" The developer shall retain an independent <br />monitor to conduct weekly inspections and provide written monthly <br />reports to the Redwood City Public Works Department and/or <br />Building Division to cnsure compliance with the SWPPP.
