Funding for <br />long-term maintenance of an BMPs must be specified (as the City <br />will not assume maintenance responsibilities for these features). The <br />applicant would establish a self-perpetuating drainage system <br />maintenance program (to be managed by a business andlor <br />homeowners association or similar entity) that includes annual <br />inspections of any stonnwater detention devices (if any), and <br />drainage inlets. Any accumulation of sediment or other debris <br />would be promptly removed.
