ii. A start date and end date of the assignment; iii. Work location; iv. Work schedule; v. Any certifications that may be required; and vi. Level of expertise and/or education required. A copy of the request will be provided to the City's Human Resources Director. c. The Contractor will respond to the Director's request within five (5) business days with an acknowledgement of the request and a timeline for providing personnel for consideration for an assignment. The timeline shall not exceed fifteen (15) business days from the date of the Director's request. d. The Contractor shall introduce each candidate to be considered for an assignment in a separate email containing, at minimum: i. The candidate's resume; and ii. The candidate's hourly billing rate. e. The Director may request to meet with one or more candidates. f. The Director shall notify the Contractor via email who the preferred candidate shall be to fulfill the assignment, and issue a task order in substantially the same form as attached Exhibit A-1. g. Contractor shall furnish City with every reasonable opportunity to ascertain that the services of Contractor and Assigned Personnel are being performed in accordance with the requirements and intentions of this Agreement. All work done and all materials furnished, if any, shall be subject to the Director or his/her designee's inspection and approval. The inspection of such work shall not relieve Contractor of any of its obligations to fulfill the Agreement as prescribed. h. In the event that any Assigned Personnel become unavailable due to resignation, sickness, or other factors, Contractor is responsible for timely provision of qualified replacements. The Director or his/her designee shall have sole discretion whether to accept Contractor's personnel proposed for assignment. i. In the event that Contractor, at any time during the term of this Agreement, desires to reassign, substitute or remove Assigned Personnel, Contractor shall notify the Director five (5) business days before the day of reassignment, substitution or removal. The Director or his/her designee shall have sole discretion whether to accept Contractor's personnel proposed for reassignment or substitution. j. If disclosure under the Political Reform Act and the City's Conflict of Interest Code is required of Contractor or any of Contractor's employees, Contractor or Contractor's affected employees shall complete and file with the City Clerk those schedules specified by City and contained in the Statement of Economic Interests Form 700. REV: 10-23-19 EI Contractor, for Contractor and on behalf of Contractor's employees, warrants that by execution of this Agreement, that they have no interest, present or contemplated, in the projects affected by this Agreement.
