interest, or income that shall be affected by this Agreement or the projects affected <br />by this Agreement or, alternatively, that Contractor shall file with City an affidavit <br />disclosing this interest. <br />k. The Contractor and Contractor's employees agree not to disclose confidential <br />information received as a result of the assignment with the City to any third party, <br />and agree to treat it with the same degree of care as it would its own confidential <br />information. It is understood, however, that the Director or his/her designee may <br />require Assigned Personnel to transmit confidential information in whole or in part <br />during the course of or related to an assignment. The Assigned Personnel shall not <br />use for his- or herself, or disclose or divulge to others, including future employers, <br />any confidential information received as a result of the assignment with the City. <br />Additionally, the Assigned Personnel agrees not to acquire any right or title to such <br />confidential information. The Contractor shall inform all Assigned Personnel <br />providing temporary services pursuant to this Agreement of their obligation under <br />this clause.-- <br />8. <br />lause:- <br />8. Termination of Assignment <br />a. The Director or his/her designee, in their sole discretion, may request the removal <br />of any Assigned Personnel, and Contractor shall remove such person or persons <br />immediately upon receiving written request from the Director or his/her designee. <br />b. The Contractor is responsible for informing the Assigned Personnel when an <br />assignment is terminated, whether for unsatisfactory performance, the end of the <br />assignment, or another reason. <br />c.
