EXHIBIT "A-1" <br />TASK ORDER <br />TASK ORDER NO. _ TO TEMPORARY STAFFING SERVICES AGREEMENT <br />This Task Order No. _ ("Task Order") is made and entered into by and between the <br />CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a charter city and municipal corporation of the State of California <br />("City"), and BOLT Staffing Service, Inc., an Idaho corporation ("Contractor"). <br />RECITALS <br />A. City and Contractor entered into an agreement entitled Temporary Staffing Services <br />Agreement ("Agreement"), by which the Contractor agreed to perform services in accordance <br />with Task Orders issued by the City. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PARTIES HEREBY AGREE AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. INCORPORATION BY REFERENCE. This Task Order hereby incorporates by reference <br />all terms and conditions set forth in the Agreement. <br />2. SCOPE OF TASK ORDER. Contractor will perform the services described in Attachment <br />A, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, in accordance with the terms and <br />conditions of the Agreement. For purposes of this Task Order, the City's Project Manager will <br />be <br />3. PAYMENT. For services performed by Contractor in accordance with this Task Order, City <br />will compensate Contractor in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Agreement, in <br />an amount not to exceed dollars ($_�. <br />4. AUTHORITY.
