INVOICES Consultant shall submit monthly invoices to the City, including labor, direct costs, and supporting receipts for the direct costs. The invoices shall include billed and remaining budget for each task, and shall be supplemented with a summary of tasks done during the invoicing period. TASK 1 DELIVERABLES • Attendance at project kickoff meeting, • Kickoff meeting summary distributed within five business days after the meeting Attendance in bi-weekly progress check-in calls, as needed • Agenda for check-in meetings • Meeting and conference call summaries • Monthly invoicing and progress reports • Quality assurance/quality control reviews prior to milestone deliverables Setting up data sharing portal TASK 2: PRE- AND POST -PROJECT EVALUATION AND DATA COLLECTION Consultant and city staff shall conduct a walking/biking site visit along the study corridor to assess current conditions. Consultant shall prepare aerial -based maps and summary of existing data to help identify key areas of concern/priority. Prior to the site visit, consultant shall review and summarize all available data and also determine where data gaps may exist. City will provide any available data to the consultant prior the kickoff meeting. The pre- and post -construction evaluation shall focus on variables such as speed, usage and volume, and crash data analysis. Pre and post project data shall be analyzed, with particular concentration on countermeasures that may directly influence this data. Consultant shall prepare a data collection and existing condition analysis memorandum summarizing available data, data gaps, analysis findings, and strategies for the post - construction evaluation. The memorandum shall outline a formal strategy for a post - construction evaluation that the City will lead with support from the consultant, including data collection types and locations, analysis methodology, and a simple spreadsheet for outputs.
