Stock of Materials <br />Attachment C <br />Contractor shall provide only genuine parts supplied by the original manufacturer of the equipment for <br />replacement or repair, and shall furnish and use only those lubricants obtained from and/or <br />recommended by the manufacturer of the equipment. The Contractor shall maintain a parts inventory <br />and parts accessibility network stocked with exclusive quality replacement parts, The Contractor shall <br />stock commonly used parts at the customer's job site, as well as in the service technician's mobile <br />vehicle. <br />E. Elevator Performance Requirements <br />I. Contractor shall maintain system performance, as per manufacturer's specifications. Should <br />City or City's representative inspect the system and find it not in conformance with the <br />manufacturer's system performance specifications, Contractor shall make necessary <br />adjustments to bring the equipment into conformance within thirty (30) days of receipt of <br />written notification of deficiencies. <br />2. At the start of the contract, the Contractor shall provide to the Facilities Maintenance <br />Supervisor the following performance specifications for both the traction and hydraulic <br />elevators; <br />a, Contract speed <br />b. Floor to floor time <br />c. Door opening time <br />d. Vertical acceleration and deceleration <br />e. Leveling <br />3. Contractor will maintain a smooth, comfortable ride during acceleration, running and <br />deceleration. Door operation will be smooth and quiet during all modes of operation. <br />4. Contractor is responsible for providing, as its own expense, all necessary tools and instruments <br />to perform tests substantiating its ability to maintain all facets of the equipment. <br />F. Wiring and Construction Prints <br />All wiring and construction prints or diagrams of elevator systems in City of Redwood City buildings <br />covered under the contract are the property of the City of Redwood City and upon termination of the <br />contract shall be delivered to Facilities Maintenance Supervisor. All changes in circuitry made by the <br />Contractor shall be properly recorded on the diagrams, including the date of the change and the name <br />of the person making the change.
