Deliverable: Provide guidance on how to assess how Redwood City <br />employees perceive current diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts <br />b. Deliverable: Recommend general next steps to promote diversity, equity, <br />and inclusion within the City of Redwood City (as an organization) <br />c. Deliverable: Upon direction of the City Manager, follow up with department <br />heads individually to tailor recommended next steps for the City of Redwood <br />City <br />El. Deliverable: Offer high-level recommendations for DEI next steps in <br />Redwood City community programming <br />3. Research and recommend a structure to provide leadership and focus on diversity, <br />equity, and inclusion within the City on an ongoing basis <br />a. Deliverable: Outline straw -model structure <br />b. Deliverable: Recommend and support impactful but manageable next <br />steps for that team <br />4. Recommend next steps for measurement of diversity, equity, and inclusion <br />efforts and problems (internally and externally) in Redwood City <br />a.
