REV: 02-03-22 RL <br />Build strong, diverse career pipelines and promotional pathways. <br />City Mentoring Program <br />o Support the creation of a city program or communication of existing mentoring <br />options to provide mentorship opportunities for employees. <br />Facilitate transparent and open communication and feedback across and between levels <br />in the organization. <br />Paths for Employee Feedback <br />o Co-lead efforts to hear directly from employees in listening sessions and surveys. <br />As needed, co-design and facilitate a second round of employee Listening <br />Sessions and/or employee engagement survey <br />As needed, analyze data, write reports, and create presentations for <br />reporting to city leaders and other employees about listening sessions and <br />surveys <br />As needed, facilitate report back presentations and sessions <br />Implement an equity lens in our work. <br />Equity Toolkits and Departmental Equity Projects <br />o Support equity projects in departments and the use of equity toolkits. <br />Coach leaders and support project management/implementation, as <br />needed <br />Strategic Planning and Implementation <br />o Support city leaders in planning and implementing projects, policies, and other DEI <br />efforts citywide. <br />Offer thought-partnership, expertise, and guidance <br />Other tasks as assigned and agreed upon <br />PAYMENT TERMS: <br />Consultant’s services will be billed on an hourly rate of $120.00. <br />Consultant will provide monthly invoices reflecting services rendered prior to receiving <br />compensation for that month. <br />ATTY/AGR.2022 - Amend.
