recommended by the manufacturer of the equipment. The Contractor shall maintain a parts <br />inventory and parts accessibility network stocked with exclusive quality replacement parts. The <br />Contractor shall stock commonly used parts at the customer's job site, as well as in the service <br />technician's mobile vehicle. <br />F. Elevator Performance Requirements <br />1. Contractor shall maintain system performance, as per manufacturer's specifications. Should <br />City inspect the system and find it not in conformance with the manufacturer's system <br />performance specifications, Contractor shall make necessary adjustments to bring the <br />equipment into conformance within thirty (30) days of receipt of written notification of <br />deficiencies. <br />2. At the start of the Agreement, the Contractor shall provide to the Facilities Manager the <br />following performance specifications for both the traction and hydraulic elevators: <br />a. Contract speed <br />b. Floor to floor time <br />c. Door opening time <br />d. Vertical acceleration and deceleration <br />e.Leveling <br />3. Contractor will maintain a smooth, comfortable ride during acceleration, running and <br />deceleration. Door operation will be smooth and quiet during all modes of operation. <br />4. Contractor is responsible for providing, as its own expense, all necessary tools and instruments <br />to perform tests substantiating its ability to maintain all facets of the equipment. <br />G. Wiring and Construction Prints <br />All wiring and construction prints or diagrams of elevator systems in City buildings covered under <br />this Agreement are the property of the City and upon termination of this Agreement shall be <br />delivered to Facilities Manager. All changes in circuitry made by the Contractor shall be properly <br />recorded on the diagrams, including the date of the change and the name of the person making the <br />change. At any time changes are made, the Contractor shall give the City a copy of these revisions. <br />H. Call -Backs <br />Contractor shall provide unlimited call-back service at no additional cost to the City during regular <br />working hours (Monday through Friday 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.). Contractor shall also provide <br />emergency call-back service outside regular working hours, including weekends and holidays, at <br />the hourly labor rates specified in Section II Payment Terms. Contractor shall respond to City's <br />service calls twenty four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days per week, and three hundred sixty-five <br />(365) days per year. <br />Contractor shall provide prompt service in the event of improper functioning of the elevators. <br />In the event of an emergency call (a passenger entrapment or actual imminent physical or <br />psychological damage to the user of the elevator), the Contractor shall respond within sixty <br />(60) minutes of placement of the call by the City.
