Prior to the submission of the Plan to HUD, the City will publish a notice to inform the public of the availability of the Plan for a 30 -day review and comment period. This notice will be published in a local newspaper of general circulation and/or on the City's website. During the notice period the draft Plan will be available for public review on the City's website, and/or in print version at the Housing Division at City Hall, 1017 Middlefield Road, Redwood City. Interested persons will have 30 days to provide written comments on the draft Plan. Interested parties may also provide oral comments at the public hearing held by the HHCC or City Council meeting at the conclusion of the 30 -day period.
