It is 14% lower than the max estimate and 3% lower than the second lowest <br />bid. Brannon Corporation has successfully completed similar projects in the past and is a qualified <br />contractor. After reviewing the bid package from Brannon Corporation, staff recommends awarding <br />the contract to Brannon Corporation as they are the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
