6.1. - Page 20 of 52 <br />D. PROPOSAL SUBMITTAL DEADLINE AND LOCATION <br />Proposals are due on or before Thursday, April 2, 2020 at 4:00 PM PT. Proposer shall hand <br />deliver or mail three (3) paper copies and email one (1) electronic copy of its proposal. <br />Paper copies will be provided in sealed envelope(s) to: <br />City of Redwood City <br />Attn: City Clerk <br />1017 Middlefield Road <br />Redwood City, CA 94063 <br />Sealed proposals must bear the Proposer's name and address, and be clearly marked <br />"SEALED PROPOSAL FOR COMPREHENSIVE STREET TREE MAINTENANCE SERVICES DUE <br />4:00 PM PT THURSDAY, APRIL 2, 2020." <br />Electronic copies of proposals shall be emailed to Ing@redwoodcity.org. <br />Late proposals will not be considered. <br />E. WITHDRAWAL OF PROPOSALS <br />Any Proposer may withdraw his or her proposal by written request, addressed to the City <br />contact specified in Section XV, at any time prior to the Proposal Submittal Deadline. <br />F. ORAL INTERVIEWS <br />Proposers may be required to participate in an oral interview. Not all Proposers will be asked <br />to interview. The oral interview will be a panel comprised of members of the selection <br />committee. <br />Proposers may only ask questions that are intended to clarify the questions to which they are <br />being asked to respond. Each Proposer's time slot for oral interviews will be determined <br />randomly. Proposers who are selected shall make every effort to attend. If representatives of <br />the City experience difficulty on the part of any Proposer in scheduling a time for the oral <br />interview, it may result in disqualification from further consideration. <br />SECTION VI.
