CirclePoint assumes that City <br />staff would arrange for survey printing, as well gather and input the hard copy survey results into <br />the online system, so that both hard-copy and on-line surveys would be tabulated together. <br /> <br />CirclePoint will develop, compile the results, and summarize one survey during the course of the <br />New General Plan process. <br /> <br />As an optional task, CirclePoint has included the cost of a second survey. <br />3.9 Media Relations Support <br /> <br />Circle Point will coordinate with the City's PIO and confirm the City's preferred means of informing <br />and interacting with the press. At a minimum, CirclePoint could provide counsel and input on <br />recommended messages and opportunities to encourage positive coverage. CirclePoint's scope <br />assumes help in preparing up to four press releases at milestone points, as well as graphic <br />design time to prepare up to two print ads that can be deployed at key milestones.
