After all comments have been adequately <br />addressed, a Final EIR can be produced. <br /> <br />Administrative Draft and Final EIR <br />CirclePoint will produce an Administrative Draft FEIR for staff review. Based on one consolidated <br />set of comments from City staff, CirclePoint will produce a ScreencheckDraft. The City will verify <br />that all requested changes have been made and all appendix materials, references, and final <br />graphics are acceptable. Based on one consolidated set of staff comments on the Screencheck, <br />Circle Point will produce a FEIR for public review .and public hearings. <br /> <br />We will also assist in the preparation of other related environmental documents such as Findings, <br />Statement of Overriding Considerations and the Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Plan. A <br />draft document will be provided to the City for review and comment prior to issuing any of the <br />documents. <br /> <br />8.7 Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program <br /> <br />Circle Point, with assistance from all technical team members, will prepare a draft and final <br />Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program (MMRP). The MMRP will be prepared ina <br />spreadsheet matrix, whose form will be approved in advance by the City. The MMRP will include <br />all proposed mitigation measures, the party responsible for implementation, the party responsible <br />for monitoring, and the monitoring action to be used to ensure compliance. Based on one set of <br />consolidated City comments, CirclePoint will revise the MMRPand submit to City staff for final <br />approval.
