We support these <br />9 affordable for -sale homes and 51 market -rate homes for Redwood City's growing <br />community. The proposal will provide homes for sale at income levels that are needed for <br />growing families. It will also provide housing on what is an under -used industrial site. <br />We urge the Redwood City City Council to support the Bayshore Townhomes <br />proposal in order to meet the urgent need for homes at all income levels.
