08/24/2020 <br />This foregoing eligibility criteria for participation in the Program may be amended by City <br />Council from time to time, depending on the desires of the Council and the results of the <br />Program itself. <br />Section 7. Fees <br />There will be no Fee for participation in the Program either to obtain the RV Parking Permit <br />or to utilize the RV Safe Parking Site. <br />Section 8. City Manager Authority <br />The City Council hereby authorizes the City Manager to make changes to the parameters <br />of the Program identified in the attached Exhibit A as deemed necessary to implement and <br />administer the Program in a manner consistent with the purpose and intent of the Program, <br />the stated goals of the Program as set forth herein. City staff will periodically evaluate <br />participation in and effectiveness of the Program as it relates to the stated goals of the <br />Program as well as City Council strategic initiatives. The City Manager shall be authorized <br />to make changes to any process developed, as necessary, to implement and administer the <br />Program. <br />Section 9.
