<br />· A preliminary structural analysis to determine the feasibility of constructing the <br />proposed structural modifications. Structural modifications will be limited to <br />cutting, but not removing the center dividing wall andlor roof deck. Valve vault <br />will be precast unit, not cast in place. <br />· A preliminary electrical analysis to determine if the exiting PG&E service has to <br />be upgraded and if the current MCC can be utilized for any new electrical <br />equipment including variable frequency drives for the new submersible pumps. <br />· A proposed project description and associated construction cost estimate. <br /> <br />A draft Technical Memorandum will be prepared, 3 copies submitted, and a meeting <br />held with the City to review City comments and concerns. The Technical Memorandum <br />will then be edited and finalized and this will become the basis of design for the Contract <br />Documents to be developed in Task 2. <br /> <br />TASK 2: CONTRACT DOCUMENTS <br /> <br />This task consists of the preparation of Contract Documents consisting of detailed plans <br />and specifications suitable for a public bid: <br /> <br />Plans. The Consultant shall prepare and provide one original stamped set of <br />plans adequate in detail to facilitate a sealed competitive bid process for public <br />works contracting to construct the Project in accordance with City of Redwood <br />City and industry standards. The City shall make the required copies of the <br />plans to be sent to potential bidders. <br /> <br />The electrical plans will include new site lighting plans. SCADA design will be <br />provided by others and is not included in this scope of services. We will <br />provided the necessary inpuUoutput (1/0 points as defined by the City. <br /> <br />A preliminary plan list identifying individual plan sheets is identified in Table 1 <br />below. <br /> <br />20f6 <br />
