The Consultant shall prepare and provide one original stamped <br />set of specifications adequate in content and detail to facilitate a sealed <br />competitive bid process for public works contracting in the format prescribed by <br />the City. These specifications shall address special, technical product and <br />material aspects of the Project needed for its satisfactory completion. <br />The City will provide their General Conditions, Bonding Documents, Standard <br />Contract forms, Standard Specifications and supplemental specifications to the <br />Consultant. The Consultant will review and conform the individual sections of <br />the specifications to each other. <br /> <br />The City shall make the required copies of the plans to be sent to potential <br />bidders. . <br /> <br />Enaineer's Cost Estimate. The Consultant shall provide a final detailed <br />Engineer's Cost Estimate of probable construction costs that will be used as a <br />basis for determining the reasonableness of bids and the basis for Project <br />budgeting. <br /> <br />Design Reviews. Design reviews shall be scheduled when the design is 30% <br />complete and 95% complete. The 30% stage is defined to be when roughly <br />30% of the engineering and design are complete such that: (a) the Project has <br /> <br />30f6 <br />
