Introduction: The introduction will present an overview that <br />describes the proposed project and the purpo~ of the Dra{t ErR. a summary of <br />the Draft EIR review and tertification process, key areas of environmental <br />concern raised during seoping,and a list of required permits necessary for <br />implementation of the improvements. <br /> <br />· Section 2. Project Description: The project description will present a detailed <br />description of the proposed project and the project's objeetive(s). The project's <br />.objecti.ve(s) will be defined in eonsult1l.tion with City staff, and as appropriate <br />with the project applicant, prior to preparation of the Administrative Draft.EIR. <br /> <br />· . Section 3. Environmen~l Analyses: The environmental analyses sectionaf the <br />Draft EIR will describe the existing environmental and regUlatory setting and <br />will present the findings of the impact evaluations for the environmental <br />parameters included in the DraftEIR. The evaluation of potential impacts Is <br />expected to be focused on aesthetics; air quality; biological resources; cultural <br />resources; geology, soils, and seismicity; hazards and hazardous materials; <br />hydrology and water quality; land use and planning; noise; public services; <br />traffic and transportation; and utilities.
