Cumulative, Signifi-=ant and Unav{)idable, and Growth';lnducing <br />Impacts: The Draft EIR will include a discussion of cumulative impacts. <br />Cumulative impacts are defined as those impacts of the proposed project that <br />may combine, either temporally or-spatially, with past, present, and reasonably <br />anticipatedfutureptojects to produce potentially significant related or ' <br />cumulative impacts in accordance with Section 15130 (b)(l)(A) .of the CEQA <br />Guidelines. This section ofthe DraftEIRwillalso address the unavoidable <br />signifkant impacts and the growth-inducing impacts of the proposed project. <br /> <br />Section 5. Alternatives to the Project: Up to two (2) project alternatives (in <br />addition to the No Project alternative) that satisfy the project objectiv~(s)and <br />avoid or reduce environmental effects will be described and evaluatedm the <br />Alternatives to the Project :section of the Draft EIR.. The purpose of the <br />alternatives analysis will be to identify project alternatives that will meet the <br />defined project objective(s) while avoiding or causing fewer significant impacts <br />and/or feweroveralHmpacts than the proposed project. The "No 'Project" <br />alternative, as required byCEQA, will also be presented in this section of the <br />Draft ElR. The "environmentallysuperior alternative" will be identified in this <br />section. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />II <br /> <br />Section 6. Prepare AdministratiVe Executive Summary: MHA I RMT will preptm~ <br />an Executive$ummaryforindusion in the Draft ErR, The Execut1ve Summary is <br />included at this stage to avoid the costs of revising the sUlUInary based on <br />comments on the Administrative Draft EIR. The Executive Summary will include a <br />brief summary of the proposed project, a summary of the major environmental <br />findings, and a complete tabular listing of all potential impacts, the level of impact <br />with and without mitigation, and appropriate mitigation measures.
