Administrative Final EIR, MMR.P, and CEQAFindings: MHA IRMT will prepare anAdniinistrative Final Em. including responses to comments received on the Draft EIR, necessary revisions to the EIR (setting, analyses, or mitigation measures) in the form of errata, and a MMRP. The MMRP will be the eventual instruction set for monitoring implementation of mitigation measures identified in the EIR..
