"), <br /> <br />were granted to permit construction of a residence at 3733 Laurel <br />Way, subject to the condition that the owner enter into an <br /> <br />agreement with the City for the construction of street improvements <br />consisting of one-half of a standard hillside street width extending <br /> <br />across the frontage of that lot, and also for extensions of water and <br /> <br />sewer mains to serve said property. <br /> <br />f. In 1986, variances to provisions of the Zon.
