I know our members and the community are appreciative as <br />well. As conversations continue relative to the fire service, and as staff works to develop <br />alternative approaches to reduce departmental expenditures and avoid a brownout, our <br />firefighters union and I stand ready and willing to help in that process. <br />Thank you all for your leadership, your commitment to our community, and for the incredible <br />work you've done and continue to do to shepherd Redwood City through these crazy, crazy <br />times.
