GENERAL ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE PARTIES The general roles and responsibilities of each of the Parties under this Agreement are as follows: a) Work cooperatively with the other Parties and the Consultant, as applicable, to develop the PREP Phase 3 Feasibility Study, as described in the Consultant Scope of Work, and complete other related tasks and activities. b) Commit staff time to work with other Parties and the Consultant, as applicable, to develop the PREP Phase 3 Feasibility Study, including but not limited to review of deliverables prepared by the Consultant. c) Commit staff time to work on tasks related to the PREP Phase 3 Feasibility Study that have been identified by the Parties outside the Consultant Scope of Work, including such tasks as developing a PREP project fact sheet and identifying PREP project benefits to the Parties in order to determine future cost sharing for the continued development of the PREP. d) Contribute its share of the total actual costs of the PREP Phase 3 Feasibility Study, as specified in Section 8 of this Agreement. e) Share relevant engineering, permitting, regulatory and operational information regarding its own facilities and permits with other Parties or the Consultant for the benefit of the PREP Phase 3 Feasibility Study, as needed and upon request. f) Provide access to facilities and operational data that may be needed for developing the PREP Phase 3 Feasibility Study (such as groundwater management, hydrogeology, intakes, aqueducts and pumping plants, transmission lines, reservoirs, treatment plants, interties, etc.). If needed, commit staff time to conduct necessary analysis of its own facilities, permits, operational data, modeling information, procedures or requirements, or any other data needed for the PREP Phase 3 Feasibility Study and share the information with other Parties and/or the Consultant. Access to facilities will be consistent with, and will follow, the facility owner's standard safety and notification requirements. g) Provide oversight and review of the Consultant's deliverables and work product for the PREP Phase 3 Feasibility Study. h) Conduct general work that is needed to advance the PREP Phase 3 Feasibility Study's development. These efforts may include State and Federal grant application and grant administration support, website update, and outreach. 6.
