GENERAL ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE PARTIES <br />The general roles and responsibilities of each of the Parties under this Agreement are as <br />follows: <br />a) Work cooperatively with the other Parties and the Consultant, as applicable, to <br />develop the PREP Phase 3 Feasibility Study, as described in the Consultant Scope <br />of Work, and complete other related tasks and activities. <br />b) Commit staff time to work with other Parties and the Consultant, as applicable, to <br />develop the PREP Phase 3 Feasibility Study, including but not limited to review of <br />deliverables prepared by the Consultant. <br />c) Commit staff time to work on tasks related to the PREP Phase 3 Feasibility Study <br />that have been identified by the Parties outside the Consultant Scope of Work, <br />including such tasks as developing a PREP project fact sheet and identifying PREP <br />project benefits to the Parties in order to determine future cost sharing for the <br />continued development of the PREP. <br />d) Contribute its share of the total actual costs of the PREP Phase 3 Feasibility Study, <br />as specified in Section 8 of this Agreement. <br />e) Share relevant engineering, permitting, regulatory and operational information <br />regarding its own facilities and permits with other Parties or the Consultant for the <br />benefit of the PREP Phase 3 Feasibility Study, as needed and upon request. <br />f) Provide access to facilities and operational data that may be needed for developing <br />the PREP Phase 3 Feasibility Study (such as groundwater management, <br />hydrogeology, intakes, aqueducts and pumping plants, transmission lines, <br />reservoirs, treatment plants, interties, etc.). If needed, commit staff time to conduct <br />necessary analysis of its own facilities, permits, operational data, modeling <br />information, procedures or requirements, or any other data needed for the PREP <br />Phase 3 Feasibility Study and share the information with other Parties and/or the <br />Consultant. Access to facilities will be consistent with, and will follow, the facility <br />owner's standard safety and notification requirements. <br />g) Provide oversight and review of the Consultant's deliverables and work product for <br />the PREP Phase 3 Feasibility Study. <br />h) Conduct general work that is needed to advance the PREP Phase 3 Feasibility <br />Study's development. These efforts may include State and Federal grant application <br />and grant administration support, website update, and outreach. <br />6.
