6.13. - Page 30 of 39 <br />!( � KennedyJenks <br />Task 3: PREP Phase 3 Study <br />3.1 Draft PREP Phase 3 Feasibility Study <br />Work conducted as part of Tasks 1 to 2 will be incorporated into a succinct report, integrating <br />deliverables, memorializing assumptions, summarizing project outcomes and including TM #1 and TM #2 <br />as an appendix. PREP Parties will review the Draft report, providing edits in track changes and digital <br />comments. <br />Deliverables: Draft PREP Phase 3 Feasibility Study in digital format (e.g..pdf, .doc and As files, as <br />appropriate) <br />3.2 Draft Final PREP Phase 3 Feasibility Study <br />Incorporate comments from Draft report, providing response to comments in a digital format. <br />Deliverables: Draft Final PREP Phase 3 Feasibility Study in digital format (e.g..pdf, .doc and As files, as <br />appropriate) <br />Task 4: Meetings and Webinars <br />4.1 Project Kickoff <br />Conduct project kickoff meeting via Webinar. All parties to participate. <br />Assumptions: SVCW to identify meeting date based on availabilities of parties. <br />Deliverables: Meeting materials and minutes. <br />Status Meetings: assume 12 monthly conference calls with SVCW or Parties, as appropriate. <br />4.2 Task Focused Webinars <br />Assume four (4) task focused webinars covering (1) flow regime and decision criteria development, (2) <br />RWA Analysis/ DPR Alt Development, (3) RWA Analysis/ DPR Alt Evaluation and (4) Apply Decision <br />Criteria. All parties to participate. <br />Assumptions: SVCW to identify schedule based on availabilities of parties. <br />Deliverables: Meeting materials and minutes. <br />4.3 In person Meetings <br />Assume two (2) in person meetings to present (1) Initial Results RWA/DPR and GM/Senior Exec Flow <br />Regime Discussion and (2) Draft Report.
