And I would also like to thank Jonathan Fearn <br />and Troy Vernon of Greystar <br />At every phase of this negotiation Greystar has listened <br />to us, worked with us and offered suggestions when <br />necessary. Where Greystar could have just written a <br />check to meet their community investment obligation <br />they chose instead to take the harder path and give <br />back to the community and actually build something. <br />They have been as committed to the success of this <br />project as Jeff and I have. I cannot express enough <br />what a pleasure it has been to work with them to get us <br />here today.
