6.C. - Page 3 of 28 <br />waived fees annually for the purpose of providing public WIFI in these portions of the Redwood City <br />community. <br />ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW <br />The proposed activity is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) as set forth in CEQA <br />Guidelines, section 15303 (Class 3.
