The consultant will utilize its unique interactive, web -based project management <br />tool, TownsquareT"", to help communicate and coordinate outreach and general plan materials <br />for the community. TownsquareTm connects people, planning, and ideas. It is an easy and cost- <br />effective suite of web -based tools to coordinate staff; expand collaboration, data sharing and <br />analysis; and engage communities in understanding and participating in complex planning <br />concepts and processes. The following tasks are included: <br />• Design: one iteration of look and feel based on existing Redwood City logo, colors, fonts, <br />photographs provided by the client, etc. <br />• Web setup and design integration: Provides for Standard TownsquareTM tools: Document <br />Manage; Personal Document Management - Clickboard; Discussion Manager; Calendar <br />and Event Manager; Community Email List Management and Auto Email Notification; <br />Search Engine; and Hot Topics. Additionally, there is a client Administration Site to allow <br />for easy updating tools and access management. <br />• Initial site content navigation: setup initial menu system for easy navigation to existing <br />content. <br />• Training for client site administrator: the consultant will train the Client site administrator <br />to facilitate them uploading content and managing the site. <br />• Web maintenance, hosting, and updates <br />Task 7 Deliverables: <br />» Community Values Statement (digital file) <br />» Meeting Materials (digital files) <br />» Graphic Communication tools, defined in the Public Engagement Plan (digital file) <br />» Meeting Summaries (digital files) <br />» Project Micro -Site Look and Feel (digital file) — Optional <br />REV: 01-11-2021 PR <br />ATTY/AGR.2020.086/MIG (Moore, lacofano Goltsman, Inc.)
