The consultant will utilize its unique interactive, web -based project management <br />tool, TownsquareT"", to help communicate and coordinate outreach and general plan materials <br />for the community. TownsquareTm connects people, planning, and ideas. It is an easy and cost- <br />effective suite of web -based tools to coordinate staff; expand collaboration, data sharing and <br />analysis; and engage communities in understanding and participating in complex planning <br />concepts and processes. The following tasks are included: <br />• Design: one iteration of look and feel based on existing Redwood City logo, colors, fonts, <br />photographs provided by the client, etc. <br />• Web setup and design integration: Provides for Standard TownsquareTM tools: Document <br />Manage; Personal Document Management - Clickboard; Discussion Manager; Calendar <br />and Event Manager; Community Email List Management and Auto Email Notification; <br />Search Engine; and Hot Topics.
