<br /> <br />City of Redwood City <br /> <br />Element 5: Meetings and Communications <br /> <br />Element 5.1. Participate in Meetings with City Staff: MHA I RMT will participate in <br />up to eight (8) meetings with City staff, during the course of the EIR/ s preparation. <br />The first meeting will be a kkk-off meeting scheduled within one week of receiving <br />the City's authorization to proceed. The balance of the meetings will be scheduled <br />as appropriate during the course of the EIR's preparation and review. <br /> <br />Element 5.2. Participate in City Planning Commission and City Council Meetings: <br />MHA I RMT will participate in up to four (4) meetings with the City's Planning <br />Commission and City Council (in addition to the Scoping Meeting - Element 1.5) <br />during the course of the EIR process. <br /> <br />If attendance at meetings beyond those specified in this proposal is warranted/ the <br />cost of attendance at such additional meetings will be invoiced on a time and <br />materials basis at the stated hourly rates. <br /> <br />Element 5.3. Team Communication: Element 5.3 is designed to provide a <br />mechanism to ensure and track communication between the City and MHA I RMT <br />team members. <br /> <br />Deliverables <br />MHA I RMT will provide the City of Redwood City with the following deliverables: <br />. Administrative Draft IS, electronic copy and 5 printed copies <br />. Administrative Draft EIR/ electronic copy and 5 printed copies <br />. Draft EIR, one electronic copy and 35 printed copies <br />. Administrative Final EIR, one electronic copy and 5 printed copies <br />. Final EIR, one electronic copy and 35 printed copies <br />. Copies of completed State Clearinghouse forms, including the NOP/ NOC, and NOD as <br />appropriate <br />. Meeting notes, as necessary, and electronic only <br /> <br />Fee Proposal <br /> <br />MHA I RMT proposes to perform the Scope of Services for a lump-sum fee of $159/812.00. Should <br />the City of Redwood City request MHA I RMT to make changes in the services or to perform <br />additional services, MHA I RMT will prepare a Change Qr~er for .the City of Redwood City's <br />acceptance.
