The number of meetings is an estimate, but additional meetings could be attended on a time and materials basis. Budget is time and materials and will not be exceeded without a change order. MHA I RMT's cost is based on the following: . Data requests submitted to the City will be fulfilled and submitted to MHA I RMT within one (1) week of the City's receipt of the request. . The City will provide to MHA I RMT within one (1) week of MHA I RMT's receipt of a notice to proceed a list of all past, present, and reasonably foreseeable projects for inclusion in the analysis of cumulative impacts. . The scope, schedule, and budget for preparation of the EIR may require review and adjustment following the scoping meeting and close of the Nap review period and evaluation of comments submitted in response to the Nap (Task 1.5). Comments received during the Nap period may necessitate additional effort on various technical sections of the EIR. . There will be a maximum of one round of City staff review and comment on the Administrative Draft IS, Administrative Draft EIR, and Administrative Final EIR; all comments on the Administrative Draft Initial Study, Administrative Draft EIR, and Administrative Final ErR, MMRP, and CEQA Findings will be consolidated on a single electronic copy of the administrative documents using the track changes feature of Microsoft Word. . MHA I RMT will attend up to a maximum of eight (8) omeeti.ngs with City staff, and up to a maximum of four (4) City Planning Commission and/or City Council meetings; attendance at additional meetings/hearings will be invoiced on a time and materials basis at the stated hourly rates.
