Red Morton Park Regional Stormwater Capture Project <br />Redwood City, CA <br />Once the project is approved by the City, the Consultant will prepare a Notice of Determination (NOD) that the <br />City will need to file with the San Mateo County Clerk. Consultant will provide a copy of the NOD to the State <br />Clearinghouse. <br />To complete the Consultant scope of work within the budget and schedule estimates described further below, <br />the Consultant has assumed: <br />• The Consultant scope of work assumes a total of 48 hours to review and prepare written responses to <br />comments, the Administrative Final IS/MND, and the MMRP; <br />• Consultant will receive one round of consolidated comments on the Administrative Final IS/MND and <br />M M R P from the City's review team; <br />• Consultant staff will attend and participate in one public meeting to present the Final IS/MND to the <br />City (e.g., a public meeting, a Planning Commission meeting, or a City Council meeting); <br />• City staff will be responsible for compiling meeting mailing lists (including interested individuals and <br />non-governmental entities), securing meeting locations, notifying interested parties that do not directly <br />receive CEQA notices, and provide ancillary meeting materials such as sign -in sheets; comment cards, <br />large format graphics, etc. <br />• The Consultant will compile the information required by CEQA Guidelines Section 15091 in support of <br />any required findings in support of adoption of an MND. The Consultant will then provide that <br />information to City staff in a form acceptable to the City, City staff will use that information to compile <br />the appropriate CEQA resolutions. ; <br />• The Consultant will deliver the NOD to the State Clearinghouse via electronic means if available and <br />through regular transmittal if necessary; and <br />• City staff will deliver the NOD to the County Clerk's office. <br />Task 5.5. CEQA Coordination <br />This task consists of regular coordination with the City and management of the Consultant necessary to complete <br />work tasks on time and within budget. Barbara Beard, the MIG Project Manager, will be the point of contact for <br />the CEQA portion of the Project and will keep the City informed of project progress. If issues arise that will affect <br />the schedule or budget, Barbara will immediately inform the City and discuss the best approach to resolving <br />issues. <br />The Consultant scope of work assumes participation in regular, bi-weekly conference calls (for 6 weeks) and up <br />to one meeting with the City to keep the project on schedule (this meeting would be in addition to the Task 5.3 <br />public meeting to present the Final IS/MND). This task also includes implementation of the Consultant quality <br />control procedures (e.g., senior level review) and administrative time for contracting and invoicing. <br />Task 5 Deliverables: <br />• Phase I ESA Report Draft and Final <br />• Data Request Memorandum <br />• Administrative Draft of IS/MND <br />• Public Draft IS/MND including NO1, NOC, and newspaper or other public CEQA notices <br />• Administrative Final and Public Final IS/MND with written responses to comments and NOD <br />Task 6. Project Design <br />During the Project Design Phase, the team will prepare improvement plans, specifications, calculations, reports, <br />cost estimates, and process the necessary permits to enable the City to bid and award the Regional Stormwater <br />Capture Project at Red Morton Park. Throughout the entire process, the team will be in close contact with the <br />City's Project Manager to ensure that the City's Project Manager is in tune with daily activities. <br />As part of Task 6, the Consultant will provide contract documents suitable for bidding including plans, <br />specifications, and engineer's estimate (PS&E) of probable costs, as well as supporting documents such as <br />calculations and construction schedule.
