Red Morton Park Regional Stormwater Capture Project <br />Redwood City, CA <br />To complete the Consultant scope of work within the identified budget and schedule estimates, Consultant have <br />assumed: <br />• Consultation with the resource agencies will not result in the need for an incidental take permit either because <br />there is no potential to impact listed species and/or sufficient avoidance and minimization measures are <br />available to avoid potential impacts on listed species; and <br />• The Consultant will prepare one draft biological resources report and jurisdictional delineation report for joint <br />review by the City and the resource agencies. <br />Deliverables: <br />• Regulatory Requirements Report <br />• Biological Resources Report (Optional) <br />• Required Permit Applications <br />PHASE 3. BID, AWARD, AND CONSTRUCTION SUPPORT SERVICES <br />The work under Phase 3 - Bid, Award, and Construction Support Services, will consist of providing technical assistance <br />from the Consultant during the City's Project Advertisement, Bidding, and Award procedures. In addition, this phase will <br />also include the engineering support services during construction of the stormwater capture facility, including engineering <br />discipline site visits, contractor RFls, Submittals, etc. Following receipt of the Phase 3 NTP from the City, the Consultant <br />will implement Tasks 8 and 9, described as follows. <br />Task 8. Bidding Services <br />Task 8.1. Attend Pre-bid Meeting/Job Walk <br />Consultant staff will attend the pre-bid conference/job walk to be held with interested bidders during the bid phase. <br />Consultant staff will take notes and produce meeting minutes, as appropriate, to be included in an addendum. <br />Task 8.2. Respond to Inquiries During Bid Process <br />The Consultant will respond as needed to support the City during the Bid Phase, in order to address any potential bidder <br />questions. <br />Task 8.3. Prepare Addenda to Bid Documents <br />The Consultant will prepare up to two (2) addenda to respond to questions and comments raised during the bid phase. <br />Task 8.4. Attend Bid Opening and Assist the City with Bid Evaluation <br />Consultant staff will attend the bid opening (if requested by the City) and review the three (3) apparent lowest bidders to <br />verify that the bidder has satisfied the bid requirements and make an award recommendation to the City. <br />Task 8.5. Prepare "As -Bid" Documents <br />The Consultant will incorporate all changes to plans and specifications as documented in the addenda to the bid <br />documents, and prepare a set for City review. Changes to the specifications will be noted using distinctive typeface and <br />other means, as defined by the City, to denote changes made to the specifications. <br />Task 8 Deliverables: <br />Digital electronic files of the addenda(s) <br />Hard copies and digital electronic files of the "As -Bid" Documents <br />ATTY/AGR.2020.309/Craftwater Inc (Page 29 of 34) <br />
