Develop a preliminary schematic design plan for the field improvements. <br />2. One meeting with the City to present and discuss preliminary schematic plans, including <br />product options and initial budget analysis. <br />3. Refine the schematic design for the field improvements and develop preliminary project <br />costing. <br />4. Coordinate the work as required with the City. <br /> <br />C. Design Development <br />1. Develop and refine the CAD base per comments received from the City. <br />2. Develop a set of drawings equivalent to 50% documentation. Drawings will identify all <br />design elements for review and approval by City. Submittal components at a minimum will <br />include the following: <br />a) Cover Sheet <br />b) Site Demolition <br />c) Grading and Drainage Design <br />d) Layout and Material Design <br />e) Preliminary construction details <br />f) Manufacturer's cut sheets and information for proposed materials <br />g) Draft technical specifications in CSI format <br />h) Statement of Probable Construction Costs <br />3. One meeting with the City to present the 50% submittal package for review and comment. <br />4. Coordinate the work as required with the City. <br /> <br />D. Construction Documentation: <br />1. 100 % Submittal Package <br />a) Attend one meeting with the City to receive 50% submittal comments. Meeting agenda <br />and report will be provided. <br />b) Review 50% submittal comments from City and incorporate them into design package. <br />c) Modify base plan as required to incorporate City comments. <br />d) Develop drawings and details completed to a 100% construction document level. The <br />package will include the following drawings: <br />1 ) Cover/Signature Sheet <br />2) Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan <br />3) Existing Conditions/Survey Plan <br />4) Demolition Plan <br />5) Grading Plan <br />6) Drainage/Utility Plan <br />7) Layout Plan <br />8) Material/Detail Reference Plan <br />9) Irrigation Plan <br />1 0) Construction Details for the above items <br />e) Specifications (Division One specifications to be provided by the City and edited by <br />Verde Design; technical specifications will be provided by Verde Design). <br />f) Statement of Probable Construction Costs. <br />g) In-house Redline and revisions. <br />h) Submittal Preparation and coordination. <br />i) Redline and Review Quality Control (Qq. <br />j) Meeting with City Staff for review and coordination of the 100% submittal <br />comments.
