Construction Administration: <br />1. Bidding Phase <br />a. Attend one meeting with the Turf Company to review the improvements. <br />b. Walk the Project Site with the Turf Company. <br />c. Coordinate and respond to any questions from the Turf Company. <br />2. Construction Phase (based on having the two fields built simultaneously) <br />a. Attend pre-construction site walk meeting. <br />b. Process and coordinate submittals and shop drawings. <br />c. Regular construction meetings on site (up to 8 total) with the Turf Company and City. <br />d. RFI coordination and processing. <br />e. General administration and coordination. <br />f. Complete a substantial completion walk through and generate a punch list for the project <br />area. <br />3. Project Close-out <br />a. Review record drawings for utilities. <br />b. Final walk through and punch list for our scope of work. <br />c. Warranty evaluation and M&O documentation for our scope of work. <br />d. Close project and organize electronic files, plans and construction binder. <br />e. Enter modifications into AutoCAD drawings provided by the contractor and provide the <br />drawings on a CD for delivery. <br /> <br />Products <br />The following products will be provided to the City by phase: <br /> <br />A. Construction Documentation <br />1. 100% Submittal Package - Three sets of bond drawings, specifications, and costs <br />2. Bid Submittal Package - One set of signed bond drawings and electronic copy of <br />specifications and costs <br />3. Meeting Agendas and Reports <br />E. Construction Administration <br />1.
