Guidelines and Requirements <br />1. City/County codes, ordinances, and policies <br />2. Development and maintenance practice guidelines <br />3. Division One Specifications <br /> <br />B. Project and Site Information <br />1. Geotechnical investigation and report to enable design of the synthetic turf base and drainage <br />improvements <br /> <br />Special Provisions <br />A. Without attempting to be all-inclusive and for purposes of clarity, the following items are specifically <br />not included in the Scope of Services: <br />1. Meetings other than those listed <br />2. Presentations to public bodies, other than those listed <br />3. Project design documentation or costing in addition to what is noted above <br />4. Engineering (electrical, structural, geotechnical, mechanical) <br />5. Topographic survey work <br />6. CEQA documents <br />7. DSA processing, meetings, or coordination <br />8. Permit processing or Fees associated with the project <br /> <br />B. Services will be diligently pursued and every reasonable effort will be made to meet the mutually <br />agreed upon schedule. If the completion of the services is delayed at any time in the progress of <br />the work undertaken in this Agreement by conditions beyond the control of the Consultant, <br />including, but not limited to, strikes, lockouts, labor disputes, or the inability of Client, their <br />consultants, utility companies, or jurisdictional agencies to provide required information, processing <br />or direction; the time of completion shall be extended during such period and Consultant shall be <br />held harmless from any and all claims arising out of such delay. <br /> <br />ProFessional Compensation <br />The fixed fee for the above services is based on the current hourly rate of the office as defined in the <br />attached Charge Rate Schedule. Verde Design respectfully requests the following fixed fee (including the <br />stated products and anticipated reimbursable expenses) for the services outlined in the Scope of Work.
