Redwood City staff has allocated <br /> an average of approximately 12 hours per week in order to perform these <br /> services during Fiscal Year 2012-13. <br /> The dollar amount associated with the rent stabilization program management <br /> application tasks more fully described in Exhibit "A" performed pursuant to this <br /> Amendment No. 2 is not to exceed $212,332.00. <br /> 1. Notwithstanding Paragraph 2 above, the City Manager of EPA and the City <br /> Manager of Redwood City are authorized to agree in writing to increase <br /> the number of hours and the corresponding dollar amount of this <br /> Amendment No. 2 up to 15% of the amount of this Amendment No. 2 for a <br /> not to exceed amount of Two Hundred Forty Four Thousand One Hundred <br /> and Eighty Dollars ($244,180.00). <br /> 2. All other provisions of the Agreement, as may have been amended from <br /> time to time, will remain in full force and effect. <br /> 3.
