However, for the purposes of this element, <br />4 Maintenance 70% this program should have improved documentation, <br /> Program including additional information on the collection system <br /> mapping; operations and maintenance; staff training; <br /> and equipment and replacement parts inventorY. <br /> Design and Design standards are complete. Further <br />5 Performance 80% documentation of these standards and the associated <br /> Provisions construction inspection proqram are aoorooriate. <br /> The City's plan needs to be verified against actual <br /> practices to insure that it is fully reflective of the current <br /> Overflow response protocols, and updated to include recent <br />6 Emergency 60% changes to regulatory reporting requirements. A system <br /> Response Plan for training staff on a continual basis or when any <br /> updates or changes to the Response Plan are made is <br /> also needed. <br /> The City's program appears to require some <br /> Fats, Oils, and enhancements including consideration of expanded <br />7 Grease (FOG) 60% outreach to residents and commercial businesses and <br />expanded legal authority to control FOG. The basis for <br /> Control Program any expanded activity should also be identified (e.g. <br /> focus on hotspots). <br /> System A draft Master Plan which includes system capacity <br /> Evaluation and analyses is included in the existing SSMP. When the <br />8 Capacity 80% final plan is available, it will replace the draft plan. <br /> Assurance Plan Some aspects of the final plan will also need to be <br /> inteqrated in to the SSMP text. <br /> The Bay Area Clean Water Agencies (BACWA), (as <br /> Monitoring, previously initiated by Oakley Water) has developed <br />9 Measurement, 70% draft materials for use in providing documentation for <br />and Program this element. These materials are expected to be <br /> Modifications sufficient after they are customized for the City's <br /> proqram. <br /> BACWA (as already initiated by Oakley Water) has <br /> developed draft materials for use in providing <br />10 SSMP Audits 60% documentation for this element.
