7B <br /> Page 9 <br /> PROGRAM ADM1NfSTRATION <br /> The Civic Culturai Commission is responsibte for the administration of the city's pub{ic <br /> art program and the management of the cify's public art inventory. <br /> All operating costs of the public art program wNl be budgeted in conjunction with fihe <br /> total cost of the annual program. These operating costs may indude: staffing, project <br /> consu�#a�t fees, administrative costs, programming costs, pro�ect implementation costs, <br /> promational costs, and maintenance expenses. <br /> MAfNTENANCE <br /> The city shalt be responsibie for the maintenance of city projects created through this <br /> program. All pe►manent public art projects must have a plan that projec#s both staff time <br /> and funding needed ta properiy maintain the work. Funds for the maintenance ofi aty <br /> projects, as established through this program, wil( be allacated as a portion of the public <br /> art program's operating budget. <br /> ALTERNATNES <br /> Direct the Civic Gul�ural Commission to consider other options for a Pub(ic Art Program <br /> FfSCAL(MPACT <br /> Given that there are no speci#ic projects associated with this program, there is no�scai <br /> impact to adopting this Redwood City Public Art Program. In the future, the City Council <br /> may choose to fi.md the Redwood City Public Art Program as priorities allow.
