<br />the lot uponwhioh a building or in front of whioh a sidewalk or other <br />work is proposed to be oon3truoted, altered or repaired upon the deposit- <br />ing by suoh owner, lesse or agent with said Board of Trustees the sum of <br />twenty ($20.00) dollars for eaoh and every sevent~r (70) feet of the front- <br />age or fraotion thereof of suoh building or suoh sidewalk or other work <br />as a guaranty to the Town that the permittee will remove or Gause to be <br />removed all dirt, debris, and materials of any kind from the street <br />and sidewalk to the a8,tisfaotion of the said Board of Trustees i12lmediately <br />upon the 00mpletion of the oonstruction, alteration or repair of such <br />building or .oh sidewalk or at such times prior thereto, when in the <br />judgement of said Board of Truste.s the public interests or oonvenienoe <br />will be subserved by the removal of the same or any portion thereof.And <br />every permit granted as in this ordinance provided shall be subject to <br />suoh guaranty. <br />The said Board of Trustees shall presoribe in the permit granted the <br />time for such oQoupany of the street or sidewalk. Upon the failure or <br />. negleot of t_e pe~m~ttlefto remove or oause to be removed to the sat- <br />is faot ion of said Board of Trustees suoh dirt, debris or materi~.ls as <br />aforesaid wiunn five days after being notified so to do by said Board, <br />by a notioe posted on the premises, the money so deposited as a guaranty, <br />or so much thereof as may be neoessary, shall be ussd.by said Board for <br />the removal of suoh dirt, debris or materials. <br />All the materials intended for use in the purposes aftresaid, shall be <br />confined to and occupy only suoh portion of the street as the permit <br />may designate, and all sand, dirt and other material or debris of any <br />kind shall be prevented from being blown or otherwise moved to any other <br />portion of the street, or from interferin~ in any way whatever with the <br />carrying on 6f any business, or enjoyment of any property. <br />No materials of any kind shall be deposited in any gutterway of any <br />street eo as in any manner to obetruQt the same. <br /> <br />5" <br /> <br />Restriauo'S <br /> <br />Classifieation, Description, Limiting Dimensions and <br />
