as to Use of Buildings. SECTION 13. For the purpose of this Ordinanoe buildings are divided into Class "C", "Mill Constroution" and "Frame or Wooden Buildings". Class "C" Buildings. SECTION l~. Class "C" buildings are defined as those having exterior walle of briok, stone or oonorete and an interior frame of oombustible material. Class "C" buildings with all joists, girders, studding, furring and soffits of stairs lathed with wooden lath and plastered or not lathed and plastered may~be bu~lt to a height not to exoeed fifty fiva(55) feet. Buildings of Mill Construotion are defined as those of exterior walls of masonry and the interior loads supported by heavy timber frame. The frame shall be oonstruoted without conoealed air spaces. This method d construotion may be used for the interior of Class "C" buildings and be built to a height of eighty four (g4) feet. Frame or Wooden Buildings. SECTION 16.
