<br />Keith Bautista (with time ceded by .Paula Uccelli) expressed feelings on the petition <br />Charter amendment and the attacks on the Council and the Mayor during the open <br />Council process. He opined that apologies were due to the Mayor and Council. <br /> <br />M/S Aguirre/Ira to waive reading of the Consent Calendar except the ordinances by title, <br />adopt the resolutions and the ordinances, and approve other items, other than items 6.1.A <br />and 6.1.G which were pulled. The motion passed by a unanimous roll call vote. <br /> <br />6.1 Section - Motions <br /> <br />Mayor Foust and Council Members Ira and Harnett recused themselves from participation <br />in 6.2 A. due to a potential conflict of interest. The Mayor stepped down and Vice Mayor <br />Howard conducted this portion of the meeting. <br /> <br />A. Acceptance of grant deeds offered by Keech Properties, LLC, for The Preserve at <br />Redwood Shores. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, direct the City Clerk 1) to accept, on behalf of the City, the grant deed <br />for the parcels listed below as offered by Keech Properties, LLC, and 2) to record <br />the grant deed and certificate of acceptance with the County of San Mateo. <br />. Lots 5 and 6 of The Preserve at Redwood Shores (two land parcels), and <br />.
