Timeline to Complete the Scope of Work <br /> <br />The City's RFP presents a clear project timeline, and MGT is prepared to meet and exceed the <br />City's expectations. With appropriate turn-around times for request for information and review <br />by City staff, we believe this can be accomplished. <br /> <br />Our proposed macro-level timeline is as follows: <br /> <br />.:. Contracting completed by approximately December 15th, 2008 <br /> <br />.:. Scoping meeting with Finance staff - December 17th - 23rd, 2008 <br /> <br />.:. Project Kick-Off - January 5th, 2009 <br /> <br />..:.. Delivery of Draft cost allocation plan - February 4th, 2009 <br /> <br />..:.. Review by City - February 4th to February 20th, 2009 <br /> <br />..:..
