This <br />fee contains all direct and indirect costs including meetings, presentations, traveling, lodging, etc. <br /> <br /> <br />$12,500 <br /> <br /> <br />$4,000 <br /> <br />(If done concurrently with <br />the OMB A-8? CAP) <br /> <br />Payments are requested based on achieving the following project milestones. <br /> <br />.:. 30% of the fee due upon the completion of department interviews <br />.:. 30% of the fee due upon the submission of the initial draft cost allocation plan to the City. <br />.:. 30% of the fee due upon submission of completed cost allocation plan to the City. <br />.:. 10% of the fee due upon receipt of the City of the project recap report <br /> <br />Invoices are due within 30 days after receipt of an invoice by the City. <br /> <br />11.
