6.J. - Page 15 of 86 <br />Attachment A <br />■ Project closeout documentation (Warranty documentation, submittals, IOM's and <br />startup paperwork) <br />City shall provide Contractor with the following for AC unit replacement: <br />■ As -built drawings of mechanical, plumbing, electrical, structural and architectural for <br />engineering. <br />■ 120 volt power within 10' of unit <br />Permission to swing crane in two mobilizations with and without load over building <br />■ Free and clear access to work area, restroom, break area and building ingress/egress <br />during all phases of work <br />Scope and Fee are based on: <br />■ Existing condensate drain size, routing and drain location being suitable for reuse <br />without modification <br />• Existing duct mounted smoke detectors being suitable for reuse <br />■ Demolition to occur the day prior to rigging for removal <br />Project #2: Building Automation System <br />Contractor shall provide equipment and services for retrofitting and installation of a new <br />building automation system as delineated below: <br />■ Qty. (1) Tracer SC Building Automation System Controller <br />o Non-proprietary BACnet protocol <br />o Web -enabled interface <br />o Standard 3D Graphics for equipment <br />■ Qty.
